Questions installers ask
Straight answers.
Why can't I just sign up online?
Because "here's your empty account, good luck" is how software ends up abandoned by week two. Every company gets set up with us — branding, integrations, training — so the first contract you send actually looks like your company sent it. It takes a few days, once, and it's why our customers actually use the product.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Your contacts, contracts, and files belong to your company, isolated from every other company on the platform. The Gmail, Twilio, and Meta accounts are opened in your name — if you ever leave, they leave with you.
Does it work on the phone, in the field?
That's where it was built. Phone, iPad, and desktop — each user can be signed in on up to 3 devices at once, and it installs like an app on your home screen.
My customers speak Spanish. My crew speaks Portuguese.
Ours too. The whole app, plus every contract and estimate it produces, runs in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Switch per document — send the husband an English copy and the abuela a Spanish one.
What do the provider costs actually run?
Twilio texting is typically under $20/month for an active installer; Gmail and Meta are free at normal volume. Those accounts are yours and you pay them directly — we don't touch or mark up provider billing.
